Shrewsbury’s Morris Property has formally handed over a new development to retained agents, TSR, to complete the final phase of trade counters/showrooms at Vanguard Park, one of the region’s most successful business parks.
Vanguard 6 provides a total of 21,500 sq ft of trade counter space which can be let as six units of different sizes or any combination to meet business needs with bespoke fit outs available for the new occupiers if required.
It is the last parcel of land to be developed at Vanguard Park which opened 12 years ago and is now home to local, national and international businesses.
Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Property, said: “The new units are on a prominent two-acre site and their completion is a milestone achievement. Vanguard Park is a major success with its location, management, design and communication links all proving a huge draw.
“We are confident the quality and flexibility of the new units will appeal to forward-looking businesses.”
Morris Property and Towler Shaw Roberts have worked in partnership over the last 12 years to ensure that Vanguard Park continued to grow and attract a variety of occupiers and investors.
Toby Shaw of Towler Shaw Roberts has been appointed sole agent for Vanguard 6.
Toby said: “Vanguard Park is established as a leading trade park, boasting well-known names. I know there will be interest in the new units because it is a highly sought-after location and they have much to recommend them.”
Each unit has full height glazed frontages, electric roller shutter doors and an eaves height of 7m to the front and 6m to the rear.
Tenants moving to Vanguard will join a range of high profile occupiers including Toolstation, Euro Car Parks. CMYUK, Hire Station and Dulux.
