Upgraded signage at Abbey Lawn enhances tenant experience

A significant upgrade to wayfinding and signage has just been implemented at Abbey Lawn, the popular office park in Shrewsbury.

The initiative provides clearer and more prominent directions for tenants and visitors, making it easier to locate specific businesses within the park. The new signage incorporates modern design elements and improved visibility.

Neil Anderson, Head of Estates at Morris Property commented: “We are committed to providing our tenants with the best possible environment, and this signage upgrade is a key part of that commitment. We believe that these improvements will further enhance the tenant experience and contribute to the continued success of the businesses located at Abbey Lawn.”

“The refreshed signage at Abbey Lawn further enhances the already attractive and popular office park in this sought-after location.” commented Toby Shaw, Partner and Commercial Agent at TSR.

Tenants at Abbey Lawn have already expressed their appreciation for the improved signage including Pete White, Director at Information Solutions, who stated: “The new signage makes navigating around the estate much easier and clearer. We are very pleased with the improvements and how efficiently the works were completed by the Morris Property Estates team.”

Abbey Lawn is owned, developed and managed by Morris Property. Currently, the office park is 100% let, further demonstrating its popularity among businesses in the Shrewsbury area. The park offers a range of high-quality office suites with excellent access to major transport links. With the recent signage upgrade, Abbey Lawn continues to provide an exceptional working environment for its tenants.
