With our rapidly growing Construction business sitting at the heart of future planning, the team has been expanding.
Over the past few years, Construction safely continued to develop much-needed new builds on behalf of clients and as a result its Construction team has doubled in size and now stands at 55.
The Investment Portfolio team has also been bolstered with Neil Anderson joining as Head of Estates with strategic remit over the company’s 200+ property portfolio. He joins from Savills in Birmingham bringing extensive experience to enhance and expand the portfolio.
New Estates Management Surveyor Sarah Evans also joins, assisting Neil with management of the portfolio, bringing over 20 years’ local property experience. Sarah started her career just over the bridge from Morris’s at Halls, during which time she also gained her Estate Management degree.
Liz Lowe, who joined Morris & Company in 2004, has become Head of Developments with its ambitious growth prospects over the next few years. Already in 2022, over 33 acres of commercial development land has been secured in addition to redevelopment opportunities within the existing portfolio.
