A Swiss firm which manufactures high-performance injection moulding machines and system solutions is opening a new UK head office at our popular Access442 development in Telford.
Netstal Ltd has leased a 2,521 sq. ft trade counter unit in the last remaining block at the popular site in Hadley Park East. The new unit is now their base for sales, parts and service for the UK and Ireland, with engineers based across the country to support customers.
The UK team has relocated from Warrington after completing an extensive office fit-out. Their parent company remains in Warrington, with manufacturing continuing at their Swiss factory in Nafels.
Jim Craig, Managing Director, who heads up the UK operation said: “This location and unit are ideal for re-establishing and growing our team here and the Netstal brand through aftermarket service support.
Liz Lowe, from Morris Property, said: “We take pride in finding property solutions for businesses relocating to the area and were delighted to support Netstal in its future growth here.
“Access442 is in a prime location and the area has benefitted from huge investment by Telford & Wrekin Council. The sites 26 units range from 1,548 ft² to 15,060 ft² and their high-quality finish and connectivity has attracted a wide range of occupiers who have chosen to lease and buy from us.”
Alex Smith of Andrew Dixon, who marketed the units on behalf of Morris Property, said: “There is certainly a shortage of this type of high quality, flexible unit in Telford meaning Access442 continues to prove extremely popular, with this being one of the last remaining units.”
