Apprentice Site Manager, Conor Roberts, continues to impress the Morris Property team, excelling in his Level 4 Site Supervisory apprenticeship with Shrewsbury Colleges Group.

Over the past three years, Conor has navigated his way through a range of construction sites, contributing to projects across different sectors, including healthcare, housing, and industrial developments. This diverse exposure has not only broadened his knowledge but has also equipped him with a well-rounded skill set that sets him apart in the field.

Conor’s last project had him at the forefront of the refurbishment of Hollinswood House, a new community-based healthcare facility for the NHS, situated in Stafford Park, Telford. His role involved overseeing the intricate details of the project, ensuring that the build meets the highest standards while adhering to the specific needs of the healthcare sector.

The significance of his apprenticeship is not lost on Conor. As he approached the end of his Level 4 Site Supervisory apprenticeship, Conor reflected on the invaluable lessons learned and the practical skills acquired throughout this journey. His dedication to continuous improvement is evident as he actively pursues professional development to further enhance his leadership and management skills.

Following Conor’s graduation from his apprenticeship and the completion of his NVQ, it is clear he is building a solid foundation for a promising career in construction management. He is now working on his own site at Unit 48, Centurion Park as Assistant Site Manager.
