Businesses quick off the mark at Centurion Park

Eleven units on one of our new developments at a Shropshire industrial park have been reserved or placed under offer by look-ahead businesses.

Our Construction team are building 24 new industrial units at Centurion Park on Kendal Road, Shrewsbury, investing over £3.5m in this project. Although work is not due to be completed until September 2019, there is keen interest in renting the units already.

Liz Lowe, Head of Estates, said: “We are not surprised by such a positive response. The new development offers businesses the opportunity to invest in their long term future at Centurion, which is already a long-established and popular location.

“The new units offer flexible space with good eaves height of 7m and easy loading and unloading facilities.”

Long-established businesses at Centurion are relocating into the new scheme to safeguard their long-term business needs and future growth prospects.

A number of older buildings at Centurion Park have been demolished to make way for the development. The units will be in six buildings and range in size from 1,238 ft² to 2,508 ft² with internal office accommodation.

We have erected the steel frames of three buildings, with the roofs and cladding works already completed.

We have owned and managed Centurion Park since we acquired and refurbished the site in 2002. Its diverse mix of businesses includes trade counters, vehicle repair workshops and storage units.

The estate is monitored by CCTV and has easy access to the A5 Shrewsbury bypass, A49 and M54 motorway.

Prospective tenants can register their interest in the new units by contacting Toby Shaw at Towler Shaw Roberts [email protected]
