Morris Property has now completed 11 properties at Hortonwood and Hortonwood West in Telford, on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council and private occupiers, as well as completing its own highly popular five acre office and industrial park Access442.
Owned and managed by Morris Property these 26 units – some 59,500 ft2 – are now leased to a diverse range of occupiers. The business’s latest 37,900 ft2 industrial/distribution warehouse at Hortonwood, Paragon Point, is now completed and fitted out for the new tenant and has subsequently been sold as an investment.
