This month we completed a £5.2 million new project for Redsun Projects Limited, handing over three industrial units at Halesfield 18 in Telford.
The construction team has been commissioned to build a growing number of commercial properties across the Midlands and up until completion was their 8th live project in Telford this year.
The Halesfield Industrial Estate is a substantial complex consisting of industrial, warehousing and office units. The 80,000 ft2 new industrial units are steel framed with cladded walls, built up roof, concrete floors and with partial office fit out. Externally the team has created a new road, parking, yards and landscaped grounds.
