Our friendly and professional Estates team have developed close relationships with tenants for over 20 years, using their extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure each tenant has the right property solution for their needs.
Neil Anderson, Head of Estates
Our Investment Portfolio team was bolstered in 2022 with the addition of Neil Anderson who has a strategic remit over the company’s 200+ property portfolio.
Neil joined us from Savills in Birmingham where he worked on a range of flagship projects. With his extensive experience, Neil is working to enhance, expand and diversify the portfolio going forward and is committed to maintaining existing and forging new client and partner relationships.
Along with his expertise and clear sense of direction, Neil is also an approachable and friendly team leader.
Sarah Evans, Estates Management Surveyor
Sarah has over 20 years of experience within the property market and has worked in a variety of roles with local commercial agents, including Halls and Towler Shaw Roberts. She also worked as a self-employed Chartered Surveyor before joining the Morris team in 2022.
Sarah’s experience in rural estates, commercial, and residential estate management, along with her positive personality, is proving invaluable as she assists with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
Lynsey Morris, Portfolio Assistant
Lynsey is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the legal sector, specialising in residential and commercial property law. She joined Morris Property in 2024 after working as a Paralegal for ORJ Law.
In her current role, Lynsey assists with the management of our property portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors. This hands-on experience ensures timely resolution of any issues that may arise. Additionally, she collaborates closely with the in-house legal team to draft and finalise leases and licences.
Lynsey thrives on the dynamic nature of her role, where no two days are alike.
Rebecca Lucas, Projects Accounts Administrator
Rebecca joined the company in 2007 and over her dedicated years of service has worked in payroll, as an accounts administrator for the construction team and now leads on projects and accounts for portfolio.
With an extensive knowledge of the portfolio and ability to coordinate all aspects of accounts, she is relied upon to administer rents and service charges and monitor payments. Today, her responsibility also extends to ensuring that we meet our environmental commitments, meticulously overseeing energy contracts and usage across the business.
Rebecca is a friendly and popular team member and renowned Shrewsbury Town super fan.
Martin Weaver, Estates Maintenance Manager
Martin is a long-standing member of the team and has built solid relationships with tenants and local suppliers over his 25 years of service.
He has a keen eye for quality and knows the portfolio inside out, having worked with our construction team when some of the sites were built. This means he is often the first man on site when a job needs doing with his knowledge and can-do attitude.
Martin is a budding Shrewsbury Town Football Club fan and is making the most of our Morris Property front of shirt sponsorship with regular attendance to home games.
Lynn Suter
Lynn has been with the team since 2021. Day to day, Lynn takes charge of handling incoming invoices, particularly those concerning the maintenance and management of our portfolio.
She thrives on seeing a task through from its inception to its successful conclusion. It's not just about completing the job for Lynn; it's about ensuring every detail is meticulously addressed along the way.
Prior to joining our team, Lynn honed her skills in the accounts department at Shropshire Council.
Lynn is a reliable and respected member of the team, always ready to offer support.
