Shrewsbury
We’ve worked on numerous projects in our home town of Shrewsbury, providing a variety of commercial properties to let and for sale in the area.
We are also proud to have designed and developed two of the town’s most successful trade parks, Centurion Park and Vanguard Park. We pride ourselves on our breadth of expertise from sensitive restorations including Claremont Baptist Church, to developing residential enclaves of high quality housing at Beaufort Ridge on The Mount and Column House Gardens at Abbey Foregate.
Telford
Our affinity to the ever-growing commercial landscape in Telford continues as we work collaboratively with Telford and Wrekin Council, as well as growing our own development portfolio here. To date we have undertaken 23 commercial developments in the Telford and Wrekin borough including our two Morris-owned and built developments, Access442 and Paragon Point.
We recently acquired a substantial 13.8 acres at Hortonwood 45 – which represents our 13th development at Hortonwood. The new site already had planning consent for a single 140,000 sq ft distribution warehouse unit and will help meet business requirements for a unit of this size in this principal warehouse employment area.
Wolverhampton
At i54 South Staffordshire high-tech business park, near Wolverhampton, we built the iconic £6m 64,0000 sq ft building on this landmark site adjacent to the M54/M6 with its own dedicated access to Junction 2. The unit, which sits next to one of the UKs most prestigious engineering brands, Land Rover Jaguar, includes 60,000 ft² of warehouse with two storey integral office space.
The development was a joint partnership between Staffordshire County Council, City of Wolverhampton Council and South Staffordshire Council, underpinning our collaborative development approach.
Birmingham
Known as England’s ‘second city’, Birmingham is rapidly evolving and expanding. With big names such as PwC, Deutsche Bank and HSBC moving out of London in favour of Birmingham in recent years, it’s a great time to look at the city as a business location. As such, we are continuing to grow our portfolio in and around Birmingham as the city expands.
