Description
The future for Oakengates Town Centre is bright thanks to a transformative project led by Telford & Wrekin Council, which has our team at the helm.
Works have begun on the Oakengates Towns Fund this Autumn, which will transform the town centre by revitalising the 1960s shopping precinct into a contemporary, inviting retail destination.
The project will be undertaken in phases, with the first phase renovating units 6 to 22 Limes Walk into new modern retail units, with six residential units above.
In addition to the rejuvenation of a number of retail units, we will undertake a targeted demolition to create a new public landscaped square to house the market and events.
