The owners of Hortons Estate called for a trusted house builder with shared values to lead deliver this small development of quality village homes in Pontesbury, Shropshire.

The scheme is on the edge of Pontesbury village, seven miles southwest of Shrewsbury. It was built on a rising elevation to ensure all the homes enjoyed excellent views of the South Shropshire Hills. The development included a large expanse of public open space, which was modelled in conjunction with engineers and neighbouring property owners.
