Orchard Park, Hortonwood 40, Telford

Having delivered a range of commercial projects in Telford over the last five years, our knowledge gives us the versatility to take on projects of all sizes.

We were commissioned by Telford & Wrekin Council to deliver these 24 new units at Plot 12 on Hortonwood 40, designed to attract start-ups, small businesses and larger firms looking to grow.

The scheme created 60,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art facilities across eight buildings, blending high-quality work space with essential eco enhancements, including electric vehicle charging points, PV solar panels and specialist tree planting.

The £9m project commenced in June 2022 and on completion was launched as Orchard Park.

Plot 12 which was acquired through the Telford Land Deal is set to strengthen Telford and Wrekin borough’s reputation as an investment hotspot, providing much needed, high quality rented business space.
