Located in the heart of Shrewsbury’s vibrant town centre, we created a collection of private courtyard cottages as well as building three new 5 bedroomed town houses.
Rooms with a view
With the benefit of being in a secluded, gated location in the centre of town on Dogpole, these sensitively converted properties each benefit from gardens with expansive views over the river.
The project called for the conversion of former offices into these sought after town centre properties providing cosy and elegant living. In order to maintain their wealth of character, the cottages’ new natural slate roofs, timber windows and doors were sensitively created in keeping with the traditional features.
Two new houses were also built on the site which blended in superbly with the old character cottages and produced a pleasing aesthetic and enclave of dwellings which quickly sold when brought to market.
