Pioneer Park, Halesfield 18, Telford

The development of Pioneer Park at Halesfield 18 was our first project with Redsun Projects, who are committed to transforming environments from empty spaces to eco-friendly, commercial communities.

This became particularly significant following the COVID-19 pandemic, when we worked together to transform this five-acre brownfield site at the heart of Halesfield Industrial Estate, creating three new industrial units, over 200 jobs and new space for businesses to thrive.

Speculative development

Designed by architects Fletcher Rae and built by our experienced team, Pioneer Park was developed on a speculative basis following a £4.5 million funding injection by West Midlands Combined Authority.

Totalling 77,000sqft, the three, high quality, energy efficient industrial units were perfect for businesses operating in the trade, distribution or manufacturing sectors.

The steel framed units comprised electric loading doors, first floor fitted out offices, secure yards and parking areas with EV charging points. Thanks to the energy efficient cladding systems installed, the units have the best possible energy performance rating of grade ‘A’.

The units were completed in spring 2022 and all three were quickly fully let or sold.
