We were called on by adventure course provider, JCA Adventure to deliver additional dormitory rooms for 72 pupils and eight teachers, to meet increasing demand at its Condover Hall activity centre.

We carried out the work in two phases to minimise disruption. The second phase was scheduled during the winter months when Condover Hall was closed. We took account of the client’s needs and delivered the project on time and on budget, ready for the new season.

Sympathetically designed two storey new build

The new two-storey building at Condover Hall, was clad with stained larch timber, was designed to be in keeping with the Elizabethan Hall’s grand setting.

External works included providing paths, landscaping and a turning area for vehicles.
