Project Specifications
- Client: Morris and Company
- Contract Value: £4.5m
- Architect: Halsall Lloyd Partnership
- Sector: Commercial & Industrial
- Completion Date: June 2021
Building work started in 2019 and despite the challenges of COVID-19, we brought 26 new high quality, light industrial units to market over a two-year period.
Set within a landscaped environment, the spaces range from single units of 1,548 ft² up to combined units of 15,060 ft², available either to lease or buy. The units were built to a shell specification, all with level access vehicle doors and feature glazed entrances. The total floor area created amounts to approximately 63,000 sq ft.
The five-acre site at Hadley Park in Telford was acquired from the Home and Communities Agency and Telford & Wrekin Council. It has prominence to the A442, which is the main arterial road linking north and south Telford. Junctions 5 and 6 of the M54 motorway are close by, giving access to the national motorway network.
Through the pandemic and beyond
Within weeks of being launched and throughout the pandemic, Access442 attracted local businesses and national trade names looking to grow. Today, tenants range from beauty heavyweights, Heaven Skincare and Absolute Collagen to trusted traders, James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies and Telford Reprographics.
From Telford Business parks to Birmingham city centre offices, Access442 added to our diverse property portfolio across Telford, Shropshire and the West Midlands.
