Abbey Lawn Office Park, Shrewsbury

The popularity of the office space at Abbey Lawn in Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury speaks volumes for its build quality and location. It’s rare that any of this modern and flexible office accommodation becomes available, with some occupiers being with us from day one.

We started work on the site, which was formerly known as Bickerton’s Yard, in 2000, following the successful redevelopment of an adjacent plot.

The development was built in a traditional Georgian style to complement the architecture of the area and soon became a dynamic business hub. Occupiers benefitted from modern office space, broadband and the flexibility to extend into neighbouring units as they grew. Staff enjoyed access to local shops and cafes, as well as free parking and good links to buses and trains.

2003 saw the completion of Canon Court and the successful letting of over 30,000 ft² to local and international companies. The next phase of the office park, The Chancery, was completed in 2006. This detached two storey office block offered 9,700 ft²of flexible office space.
